Window Wednesdays: Glimpse of Preston Bailey's designs

Last week I was fortunate enough to hear a presentation from Preston Bailey! The theme was Going Green in event design and how he gradually made greener choices with his materials and usage of spaces. It was great. I am excited to share the slides with you. To me it was mini 'windows displays' of Preston's portfolio. Some more GORGEOUS photos here & Preston's blog has some unique ideas.

A Tuesday Musing

Ahh back to work after a long weekend. I am so happy that Design*Sponge highlighted Tel Aviv in a design guide today!

Also got a close up of a friend's wedding invitation last week and I knew instantly she had used Mr. Boddington's Studio & Tara Jones Calligraphy.

Window Wednesdays: Setting Up & Ready to Go

Macy's (Broadway Windows)
I happened to be walking by the Macy's windows when they were REMOVING the glass and inserting these amazing cars! IZOD/MACY'S/NASCAR have a showcase going on and if you walk inside the store they have cars & memorabilia on display. It's crowded, but worth a look if you are in town.

Macy's (34th St Side)
Not as glamourous as the cars, but made me look forward to the beach. I like the personalized typography touch on each ball!

Up close and personal...the 3-D clam shell caught my attention.

Desideri Design

I've been meaning to blog about my favorite jewelry designer, Claudia Desideri, for awhile now. Whenever I wear one of her creations the compliments are endless. You can find her personal website here. I especially like chatting with her when she is in the store at Edge NYC where you can try on and purchase pieces. And yes, these creations below are only a sampling of the jewelry I own of hers!
